To better serve our patients, ENT Partners of Texas (formerly Irving-Coppell ENT) has established a portal for some forms of communication. For routine matters that do not require immediate response, please feel free to contact us at www.gotomyclinic.com/icent/. Please remember however, that this form of communication is not appropriate for use in an emergency. The turnaround time for routine patient communications is 24-48 hours.
If you do not have a portal account today, then to begin the process you need to fill out the Patient Portal Consent form. You can either fax back to our office at 972-402-9301 or bring it in with you at your next scheduled appointment. You will receive an email with your login and password for the portal once your release has been signed and scanned into your file. You will then have access to requesting appointments, receiving reminders, filling out medical history forms online, review your health data, sending us messages as well as receiving testing results.
When using the portal for communication or email purposes, please indicate the subject in your message. Also, be sure to put your name, date of birth and return telephone number in the body of the message. We also ask that you acknowledge receipt of emails coming from this office by using the auto reply feature. Communications relating to diagnosis and treatment will be filed in your medical record.
